FAQs For Coffee Subscriptions

How fresh is your shipped coffee?
Our coffee is usually roasted and shipped the same day for your subscription. Sometimes the coffee will be a day or two old on shipment depending on roast schedule.

Is your coffee only available whole bean or can I get my coffee ground?
You can get your coffee ground. We have a space for this in our checkout form.

How do I gift a subscription?
We try to make that simple for you. Just fill out the recipient’s name and shipping address in checkout and please make sure to fill out the billing information for you and you are all set.

You have weekly and monthly subscriptions, can I pick a different variation or timeframe for shipment?

We now offer weekly and monthly subscriptions only. If you would like to talk about a different timeline for receiving coffee, please email us at copperhorsecoffee@gmail.com

Can I change my address for my subscription? 
At this time, the only way to change your address is to cancel your subscription and resubscribe with your new address. 

Can I change my order frequency or pause my subscription?
Currently, the way to change your order frequency is to cancel your subscription and resubscribe with your preferred frequency. If you
just need to take a break from receiving shipments, you can cancel and restart at anytime. 

Will I get notifications for my subscription shipment?
You will get a shipment notification email when your order ships.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Easy enough there. Login and select “cancel subscription.” This does not cancel your most recent order, but it ensures that no future orders are placed.
