Mimba’s the estate. Mbozi’s the town and Mbeya’s the region in Southwest Tanzania where grower Joseph Mella started cultivating these little peaberries in 1995, a mix of Bourbon and Kent varietals. This coffee has a syrupy body and a delightful balance of brightness and sweetness. Much like the name we have given it, it’s quite the mouthful. Mmm.
